The Kenai River opens to catch and release king salmon fishing Saturday, June 4th. Fish and Game biologist Robert Begich announced, "...we're seeing stronger numbers of early run kings returning to the Kenai. This allowed us to ease pre season restrictions, and provide opportunity for anglers to fish for early run king salmon."
I've contacted our guests coming to the cabins and most are on board for a fishing trip. That being said, I've got quite a few seats available, so if you have the itch for CPR fishing (catch, photo, release), I'm your guide.....
